Gary Stevens has over 30 years experience in all phases of residential real estate. Gary was a highly successful real estate agent in San Francisco for 15 years.
He then moved to management and became a top ranked managing broker for many years at both Lyon Real Estate in Sacramento and Baird & Warner Real Estate in Chicagoland. He was able to grow his offices and their production during his years as leader, with his agents consistently being some of the most productive agents in the firm.
Most recently, while the Vice President of Sales at a large local brokerage, his duties included management, coaching, training, and mentoring of the team of managing brokers and their agents.
Gary has extensive experience in training on sales, coaching, recruiting, technology and effective customer service all designed to increase agent productivity.
